Shira Myrow runs a private therapy practice in Santa Monica. While she had built a strong reputation with her existing clients, her website was not generating enough visibility among people actively searching for therapy services in her area.

After auditing the site, I identified several issues affecting its search performance.

My objective was to improve the site's visibility, strengthen its content, and create a sustainable SEO foundation that Shira could continue building on after the project was completed.

Where the site struggled
Visibility No ranking for local therapy keywords. Page one dominated by directories and larger practices.
Site speed Poor Core Web Vitals scores. Unoptimised images and render-blocking scripts hurt both UX and crawl efficiency.
Keywords No primary keyword assigned to pages. Generic terms used inconsistently with no intent mapping.
